Operating a 24/7 service coverage for all products and systems operating within the client’s asset base, covering engineering back-up, breakdowns, repairs, replacements, installation and testing.

Evaluation, obsolescence management, reverse engineering including software and hardware upgrades to legacy equipment operating in established fields and markets.

Fault diagnostics, repair and replacement of faulty umbilical connections and terminations.

All support staff technicians are trained in the accepted techniques of electrical cable jointing, working with and behalf of the major cable OEMs and Oil companies.
